QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

CONSULTÓRIO MÉDICO ESPERANÇA, E.I, a healthcare company established in the Mozambican market, continually seeks to achieve excellence by raising the standards of services provided through good clinical practices in the management of its processes through the implementation of the Quality Management System ( Q), Environment (A), Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) based on normative references NM ISO 9001:2015, NM ISO 14001:2015 and 45001:2018 and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

To meet its commitments, the CME proposes to:

• Promote a favorable environment for the operationalization of CME activities, allowing employees to develop their activities, with motivation, satisfaction and creativity for their own benefit, that of their patients/users and clients;
• Comply with environmental and OSH legislation applicable to the organization and other regulatory requirements, preserving and protecting the environment;
• Preserve the health and safety of human beings and their property based on policies of individual and collective responsibility regarding the prevention of incidents and accidents at work;
• Continuously improve and maintain the SGI through awareness, training and active participation of all employees of the organization in improvement actions for the Management System;
• Satisfy the needs and exceed the expectations of Patients/Users through the effective application of this SGI, guaranteeing patient loyalty;

General Management ensures that the policy is implemented, communicated, understood, maintained at all levels of the CME, made available to relevant stakeholders and updated whenever necessary.
